sacred grief work

  • This Sacred Grief Work session offers a deeply held container for tending grief in all its forms, including loss through death, relationship endings, identity shifts, unmet longings, life transitions, and collective or world grief.

With extended time, we move slowly and attentively, allowing grief to unfold without pressure to resolve or make meaning too quickly. Sessions integrate somatic grounding, gentle inquiry, intuitive guidance, and ritual elements as appropriate, supporting the nervous system while honoring the emotional and symbolic dimensions of grief.

This offering is especially supportive for those carrying layered, complex, or long-held grief, or for moments when life calls for deeper witnessing and integration. Clients often leave feeling steadier, more resourced, and less alone with what they are carrying.

    $150.00

  • This Sacred Grief Work session provides a supportive, grounded space to tend grief that is active or present in your life. It is well-suited for navigating current loss, transition, or emotional heaviness while remaining connected to the body and nervous system.

Sessions are guided by what is most alive for you in the moment. Through somatic presence, reflective inquiry, and gentle ritual or symbolic practices, grief is met as an intelligent and human response to love and change.

This offering supports emotional processing and integration within a contained timeframe. You may leave feeling more centered, clearer, and better able to walk with your grief in daily life.

    $125

  • This Sacred Grief Work session is available to returning clients who are already familiar with the work and seeking continued support or gentle check-ins with their grief.

Within this shorter container, we focus on attunement, nervous system regulation, and what is most present or tender at this stage of your journey. This offering is ideal for maintaining connection, supporting ongoing integration, or receiving care during particularly sensitive periods.

This session assumes an existing foundation of trust and familiarity with the work, allowing us to move efficiently while still honoring depth and dignity.

  • The Sacred Grief Ritual is an extended, intentionally crafted ceremonial space to mark significant loss, transition, or thresholds in life. This offering is appropriate for grief related to death, endings, identity changes, unmet longings, collective sorrow, or moments that call for ritual acknowledgment.

The ritual weaves somatic grounding, guided reflection, symbolic or ritual practices, silence, and intuitive facilitation. Rather than aiming for closure or catharsis alone, the ritual honors grief as a relational and meaningful experience that deserves presence and reverence.

This offering is especially supportive for anniversaries, turning points, or grief that has not yet found a place to land. Participants often leave feeling more grounded, connected, and accompanied, with a tangible way to continue honoring their grief beyond the ritual itself.
